Although I do not have extensive RTOS development experience, I have attended hands-on workshops and developed a few simple embedded applications for the following microcontroller platforms, using C and assembly. • Arduino (Atmel ATmega328P) from Tiny Circuits 16-bit MCU (Digital thermometer, barometer, altimeter wristwatch) • Microchip PIC16F84A 8-bit MCU (Morse code decoder) • Microchip PIC18F4520/PIC18F8310 8-bit MCU, MPLAB IDE, CCS PIC C compiler, PICkit 2 and ICD 2 programmer/debugger (two different microwave T/R modules) • Freescale 68K/ColdFire MCF52233 32-bit MCU, CodeWarrior IDE, MQX Embedded Precise RTOS, InterNiche Lite TCP/IP Stack (embedded web server) • Microchip PIC24F/dsPIC 16-bit MCU/DSC, MPLAB IDE, FreeRTOS RTOS and TCP/IP Stack (embedded web server) • Cygnal/Silicon Laboratories C8051F124/330 8-bit MCU, SiLabs/Keil IDE, CMX-MicroNet RTOS and TCP/IP Stack (embedded web server/power sequencing manager) • Cypress CY3210/CY8C PSoC configurable mixed-signal array w/M8 8-bit MCU, PSoC Designer IDE (power sequencing manager) • Intel 8085 8-bit MCU, I taught assembly language for a semester at the Lakehurst (NAES) Base. • Intel 8051/8031 8-bit MCU, Archimedes IDE (three different projects) I also did extensive work in assembly language, mostly testing, with 6502, 68000, 80186 CPUs. I also have some experience with Allen-Bradley SLC 100/500 and Siemens S5 (and newer) PLCs using ladder logic.
